TBS November 2021 meeting – Nathen Amin : Henry VII and the Tudor Pretenders

We are delighted to welcome back Nathen Amin, a York resident author from Carmarthenshire, West Wales, who focuses on the fifteenth century and the reign of Henry VII.

Nathen will be talking about the reign of Henry VII and the series of plots to replace him as King following his claiming the throne in 1485, particularly those involving Lambert Simnel, Perkin Warbeck, and Edward, Earl of Warwick.

Guests are welcome although we do encourage them to make a donation to Society funds and would ask that they pre-register, so that we can have a contact in case of any COVID-related activity.

Members of the Society are welcome to attend and do not need to pre-register.

Doors open at about 19:15 and the meeting will start at 19:30.

The hall has hand sanitiser available and we encourage social distancing with regards the seating. Please feel free to bring your own mug for the tea/coffee break.
